We often post about our installation work, our satisfied customers and the product manufacturers for whom we are recommended installers. We're very proud of our track record of installations. But the installation is only part of the story.

The post-installation phase is of course just as important to our valued customers because that's when you want to actually see this new fandango piece of kit doing its job – keeping you warm, cooling you down, reducing your energy bills... If you experience any issues, you want to know that they'll be sorted quickly!

At Artimus, we are careful to choose equipment that has a proven track record, is readily available and has robust technical support in the UK. We also pride ourselves on providing advice and support once the install is complete, including a 2-year guarantee on all workmanship and material defects.
